When you request the Football Conditioning Reference

We collect the email address you enter and, if you provide them, your first name and role. We use these details to send the PDF through our email provider, Resend, and may send John a sign-up notification. Requesting the PDF does not sign you up for future updates.

If you separately tick the optional updates box, we add your email address and first name to a dedicated Resend group for occasional practical emails from Applied Sport Science. You can unsubscribe from an update email or ask us to remove your details by writing to the address above. We then stop sending updates. Resend may retain delivery records, and John may retain sign-up notifications, subject to applicable retention requirements.

When you contact us

We collect the name, email address, organisation, area of interest and message you submit. We save the enquiry in a private site database so John can respond. We may send John an email notification through Resend. We use these details to handle your enquiry and related follow-up, rather than adding you to the guide mailing list.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used, by emailing jcappliedsportscience@gmail.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
